Haz\u0131r beton kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131r betonda arayaca\u011f\u0131 nitelikler TS EN 206&#8217;da yer almaktad\u0131r.<br><br>Haz\u0131r beton \u00fcretiminin su \u00f6l\u00e7me ve kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemlerinin santralda veya transmikserde yap\u0131lmas\u0131na g\u00f6re iki farkl\u0131 \u015fekli bulunmaktad\u0131r :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Kuru Sistem<\/li><li>Ya\u015f Sistem<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 haz\u0131r beton, agrega ve \u00e7imentosu beton santralinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcp santralde veya transmikserde kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan, suyu ve varsa kimyasal katk\u0131s\u0131 ise teslim yerinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcp kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak ilave edilen haz\u0131r betondur. Kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 haz\u0131r betonda \u015fantiyede kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ma verilen su miktar\u0131na (form\u00fclde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclenden daha fazla olmamas\u0131na) ve kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcresine (homojen bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7in yeterli s\u00fcre) \u00f6zel itina g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekmektedir.<br>Ya\u015f kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 haz\u0131r beton, su dahil t\u00fcm bile\u015fenleri beton santralinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen ve kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan haz\u0131r betondur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haz\u0131r Beton Santral\u0131&nbsp;<\/strong><br><br>Haz\u0131r beton bile\u015fenlerinin stoklan\u0131p, kontrol alt\u0131nda kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, haz\u0131r beton \u00fcretiminin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi ve transmikserlere dolumun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tesislere &#8220;beton santrali&#8221; denir. Beton santralleri kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m \u015fekillerine g\u00f6re &#8220;ya\u015f ve kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m&#8221; olmak \u00fczere ikiye, depolama \u015fekillerine g\u00f6re de &#8220;bunkerli&#8221; ve &#8220;y\u0131ld\u0131z tip&#8221; olmak \u00fczere ikiye ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z tip santralde, santralin \u00f6n\u00fcnde y\u0131ld\u0131z \u015feklinde bir stoklama alan\u0131 vard\u0131r ve kova vas\u0131tas\u0131yla agregalar arkadaki kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma kazan\u0131na aktar\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonra tart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f agrega bant veya kovayla ta\u015f\u0131narak mikser kazan\u0131na aktar\u0131l\u0131r.
